Joshua and his team from Gorilla Construction have done a few jobs for me. I can’t fault their work. They are very professional, courteous and reliable. The work is always done with care and perfection. I wouldn’t use anyone else now that I have discovered them. There’s nothing that’s too much trouble for Joshua. I highly recommend Gorilla Construction.

I asked Josh to have a look at a small area at the back of my home, that I wanted enclosed to keep my pets safe, as well as making use of the area. He constructed a beautiful timber enclosure that we now use daily. It also provides privacy from our neighbours. Josh was very particular every step of the way. He made two bespoke gates where access was needed and made them light enough for a small person to close. I highly recommend Josh for his work and the friendly manner he displayed throughout the job.

Josh and his team were fantastic to work with. Highly skilled, professional and communicative. The boys went above and beyond to complete a fairly large carpentry job at our heritage home. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and will happily recommended Gorilla Construction to friends & family.

I’ve worked with Josh for over a year across multiple projects within my residential property, and I can confidently say he is everything you’d hope for in a builder — and more. He’s honest, reliable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. Nothing is ever a problem, and he brings a calm, solutions-focused attitude to every challenge. Josh genuinely cares — not just about the quality of the final result, which is always outstanding, but also in keeping it fully transparent along the way. He listens, he delivers, and he never cuts corners. One of his projects included transforming our rear garage from a standard double into a beautiful wellness space, allowing us to seamlessly integrating a sauna, ice bath, gym, and more. The end result exceeded all expectations and was handled with professionalism, expertise and the best craftsmanship from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team of friendly Gorillas to anyone wanting a builder they can truly trust.

I had my roof changed from tiles to colour bond cladding by Josh. Can’t recommend him enough, great pricing, honest, punctual and attention to detail is amazing. If I need any future jobs done I will go to him first!

After purchasing a house with a less than ideal renovation, we engaged Josh and Ed to enclose a living space that had not been completed properly. It has made the room so much more liveable and the guys did well to blend the additions to the house so they look like they had always been there.

We worked with Josh and his team on a renovation of our dining room at Wines of While. We were aiming to turn around a high quality outcome on a very short turnaround, with minimal downtime, and it was only possible because of the trust I was able to place in Josh that he understood our vision and the attention to detail necessary to get the right outcome. Josh is an excellent, frank communicator, highly professional, collaborative, honest and a creative thinker. He understands good design and is committed to bringing that to life through quality construction and building methods, going above and beyond to find the right people and solutions to satisfy the nuances of a brief. He is skilled at driving great outcomes on deadline and on budget whilst upholding respect for all involved. It was a pleasure to work with Gorilla Construction and share in the great results we achieved together.
